Terms
These terms govern your purchase and use of any plugin published by Australcode, a brand of Tigo Vape SpA. By completing checkout you accept them. They are written in plain language; nothing in them is meant to be a trick.
The licence
When you buy a plugin, you receive an annual licence to install, activate, and update that plugin on the number of sites stated on the product's pricing page. The licence includes the right to the full source code; nothing is obfuscated or encrypted. You may read it, modify it for your own use, and audit it.
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not redistribute the plugin, sublicense it, or resell it as part of a packaged product without a separate written agreement. Use on your client's site, hosted by you or by them, is fine and contemplated.
What you pay for
An active licence entitles you to receive plugin updates (feature, fix, and security) for the licence term, and to receive email support at info@australcode.io within a reasonable time. There are no per-image quotas, no per-operation credits, no metered API calls, and no usage-based surprise charges. The plugin runs on your server.
Renewal
Licences renew annually at the price stated at the time of original purchase, unless we notify you in advance of a renewal-price change. You may cancel renewal at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal; the licence will continue to function for the remainder of the paid term and the plugin will continue to work after expiry without updates.
Updates and end of life
We commit to publishing security fixes for any plugin for at least twenty-four months after its last sold release. If we decide to discontinue a plugin, we will state so publicly, continue to honour active licences until they expire, and where reasonable publish the source archive so existing users can self-maintain.
Warranties and liability
Plugins are provided on an as-is basis. We test them, we ship them when they pass review, and we stand behind them. We do not warrant that any plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described on the product page. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for the current licence term.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, where Tigo Vape SpA is registered. Where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your local law continue to apply.
