Australcode is a brand of Tigo Vape SpA. This notice explains what we collect when you visit australcode.io or one of our product subdomains, what we do with it, and what choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and specific. If anything is unclear, write to info@australcode.io.
What we collect
When you load this site, our hosting provider records standard server log information — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp. These logs exist for security and abuse prevention. We do not aggregate them into a behavioural profile of you, and we do not share them with advertisers.
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, or any other behavioural analytics on this site. We do not set tracking cookies. The only cookies you may encounter are functional ones strictly required to render the site (for example, a theme-preference cookie if you toggle dark mode).
When you purchase
Purchases of Australcode plugins are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. When you complete a checkout, Lemon Squeezy collects the information necessary to complete the transaction — billing name, billing address, email, and payment method details. We receive a subset of that information (your email, the licence key issued, and order metadata) so that we can deliver the plugin, issue updates, and respond to support requests.

When you receive a licence
Each licence is bound to an email address and an activation count. When the plugin activates on your site, it sends the licence key, the activating domain, the plugin version, and the WordPress version to our licence server. This is how the plugin knows the licence is valid and whether updates are available. We do not transmit content from your store, product images, customer data, or any payload beyond the activation metadata above.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for ninety days and then rotated out. Order records and licence records are retained for the lifetime of the licence plus seven years, to meet tax-record requirements applicable to the merchant of record and to the parent company.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the retention requirements above). Write to info@australcode.io with the email address used at purchase and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If we materially change this notice, we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change affects existing customers, notify by email. Past versions are kept on request.
