Refund policy
We want you to buy plugins you will actually use. If a plugin does not do what it claims, you should get your money back. This policy explains how.
Fourteen-day refund window
If you purchase a plugin and decide within fourteen days that it does not work for you, write to info@australcode.io with your order number and a one-sentence reason. We will issue a full refund, deactivate the licence, and that is the end of the transaction. We do not require you to demonstrate the plugin failed; the fourteen-day window is no-questions-asked.
After fourteen days
Outside the fourteen-day window, refunds are at our discretion and considered case by case. The cases where we typically refund are: a regression in a recent plugin update has broken a feature you depend on and we cannot deliver a fix within a reasonable time; you were charged a renewal you intended to cancel and have not used the renewed term.
The cases where we typically do not refund are: a change of mind several months after purchase; incompatibility with a third-party plugin or theme that was clearly outside scope; a request to refund a licence used heavily across the full annual term.
Renewals
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. If you have been charged for a renewal within the last fourteen days and you did not intend to renew, write to us — we treat this as the standard fourteen-day window.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, typically within five to ten business days, back to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds in store credit or to alternative methods.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before initiating a chargeback. We answer email; we will almost always resolve the situation faster than a chargeback can. A chargeback initiated without prior contact will result in the licence being deactivated for the duration of the dispute.
